Covid-19 Updates

Our customers have always been at the heart of our family business and we will always do our best to give you value for money and keep you safe whilst doing the work.

We will continue to offer an uninterrupted service to our customers; however, due to the recent government updates we have had to amend our working procedures to accommodate the need for social distancing and our customers safety as follows:

If we need to visit and enter your property/premises, our updated working procedures are:

1. The engineer/plumber will have your number and they will call you in advance to confirm an estimated time of arrival.
2. Please ensure that you give any instructions to the engineer/plumber on the phone or if at the door, adhering to the 2m distance rule.
3. If possible, isolate yourself in another room whilst our engineer/plumbers work in your property however if you keep to the safe working distance of 2mts that would comply with the Government social distancing guidelines.
4. Our engineers/plumbers will be wearing the necessary PPE consisting of gloves, (new gloves will always be worn at each job) and a mask whilst in your property. This is to help protect you and them.

We will discuss this procedure(s) prior to carrying out the work to ensure you are happy to proceed with the work.

These procedures have put in place is to help reduce the chances of catching the virus, they are in place to protect our customer and the engineer working in the property.

We understand that this is an uncertain time for everyone, and we will do all that we can to help our customers to keep their heating and plumbing in working order.
